I’m trying to fix a bald spot on faux fur/add freckles.

I’ve figured out a technique that requires a tool that i don’t have and also don’t know the name of, but it’s a very very small tool that has this going on on the eyelet. i can’t remember if it’s a needle or a tool with a handle. does anyone know what this would be called/where i could get one? bonus points if the hinge opens with a button in the handle
