For full accuracy on the clasp, I'd agree with the previous poster about sculpting the base from clay since it looks likes vaguely diamond shape. For a not as accurate but simpler version, you can look into finding an oval brooch tray/blank/base/bezel. For the stone I'd recommend the search term "cabochon" to find options with that rounded shape.

I don't know their technical name, but the search term "gauntlet glove" brings up similar shapes. A lot of these are motorcycle riding gear, for costume options try adding the word pirate or renaissance to your search.
