I just did the models, but 3d printing cost varies a lot. You can have shapeways do it (expensive) or if you have a friend with a printer you can just pay the materials' cost- ABS plastic filament gets down to around 10$/lb. I don't have great estimates on infill rates or actual density in front of me, but something like the Thorn pistol would probably still be at least be 50$ of plastic.
