When this happens I usually message the seller with photo proof attached and say "Please let me know how you would like to resolve this problem."
In my experience most sellers give a full refund and let you keep the item... with which I can buy it again and hope that it is correct this time.
But I would much rather that they just send the correct item free of charge like the lucky anon hehe
