Actual, real life 'dandy' isn't a something-kei, or a whatever-core, which cgl (and to an extent, fa) tries to impose on increasingly specific looks and styles ex: uchuu-kei, larme.

It's really a more broad category than that, and applies more to the image of the person, as opposed to a specific outfit.
