For those outside of wa/qi I think its on mostly a dress-by-dress basis, but I've seen a handful of dresses and coords inspired by different european cultures (aside from Victorian and Rococo fashion of course). I think there's a lot of room for inspo from Alpine (pic related) and Russian folk wear.

Well, it's not too versatile. Probably wolf hood could be worn with some East-European fairytale inspired dresses by Baby and OP could work as another solid navy dress. From this point bolero looks more wearable, partly because ears rather look like bear ones. It may go well with bear dresses.
