I wouldn't say I know about how is is towards Jojo fans specifically, but he's basically the type of guy to overhear your plans to throw a party and, not only invite himself, but make himself co-host.
Awhile back I caught sight of some mild drama bubbling due to his need to be the center of attention (pretty sure he was attempting to host a JJBA photoshoot for Shadcon over one that had been planned already). I haven't noticed anything since then, but I have heard stories from peeps here and there.
Personally (gonna keep this vague-ish), I had to deal with him trying to force a bunch of cosplays on me (all involving him included, ofc), flirt, make uncomfortable nsfw conversation, and make the assumption that in as little as 3 days of knowing each other that I am willing to sit and listen to his life story and become his therapist.
Tl;Dr, if you have a beating heart and are even the least bit friendly, he'll probably hop on your dick and talk your ear off in the process.
