I don't think you know what "sticks up" means. It means that the bow is poofy/voluminous/head-eating, not that it is jumping around one's head or on an angle. If >>8668698's bow wasn't meant to be headeating (which is clearly is, wtf are you on), it wouldn't be able to sit that way. Yeah, it would look better with different hair but that wouldn't change the bow unless she squished it somehow. Wire can't shrink a bow. If she was manipulating the wire to make it stick out more, it would look something like this. Did you get into lolita around 2008/2009 or something when AP released that one shape of headeating bows with everything?
