Masquerade sign ups may not be up yet but there is signing up online prior to the con. There is also at con registration and if you sign up at con, the best thing to do is just fill out the basics of paperwork and turn it in. As long as you have something in and signed, you can edit what you need later. Secure your spot in the masquerade, worry about the finer details later.
