Purchased from eBay, tried on once, and have since given up on the project I needed it for (I was considering making it into an open-fronted hoopskirt). 6 flat steel hoops, drawstring waist, nylon fabric, and a little raschel lace around the hem.

Go bigger, I think the material would crack if you tried to stretch it bigger with the freezer trick.

Apologies for stock picture, I just wrangled it back into folded configuration and have no dress form upon which to photograph it. Nylon fabric with steel hoops, drawstring waist, and raschel lace trim.

Looking to sell this hoopskirt from 2012huangyuting on eBay, it's not going to work for the project I had in mind. Brand new and only tried on once. The asymmetry in the stock photo is just the hoops scooting around in the channels. Made of lightweight nylon with a drawstring waist, plastic hoops, and a little raschel lace around the hem ruffle. It can be coiled up flat for transport.
