What's the best way to make a simple bracelet? I'm having trouble finding good examples, since most tutorials I find are for bigger or more complex ones (e.g. Chun Li, Wonder Woman, Judal). I want to make Space Dandy's translator, which is a pretty basic cylinder with a gutter in the center. It's rigid (so not like a livestrong-esque silicone) and solid (so no hinge), also I have kind of large hands so I can't just modify a bangle from a thrift/craft store.

What material would be best to use? Clay, wood, cardboard centers from tape rolls?
