This is a mix of fairy kei and cult party kei. Both use pastels and have a light floaty scheme, and as both have used darker pieces in small amounts, it can be hard to distinguish. The hairstyle in this, tight braids, and the peignor really make this fairy kei to a mix between the two. The bright colored socks and thick chunk of white in the shoes further separate the look from traditional fairy kei, and while not quite pushing it to the cult party kei direction, makes it easier to distinguish.

The colors all all general pastels as usual, but the fluffy feeling of the clothing and hair (with the pompom hairties, fluffy jacket and scarf) paired with the rather textured totes (which is more frequent in cult party) makes it distinctly fairy kei, and not at all cult party kei. The polka dot skirt pattern is still very uch fairy kei.

Can also overlap in multiple styles. it can be related to fairy kei, larme, cult party, etc. Gingham is a very popular trend worldwide in warmer weather, and the fluffy angel piece came in a metamorphose lucky pack, as well as featured heavily in larme kei brands. The skirt seems to be most like larme or cult party, but can still work in fairy kei.
