Pick one then. The accurate way to do it is machine embroidery, followed by hand embroidery if you have the skill. Then there's screen printing and iron-on transfer (with sheets designed for dark fabrics). Lower down would be drawing it on with fabric paint/marker, though I don't know how well white shows up against black without being absorbed into the fabric.
