I know you have her best interests in mind, but it really isn't our place to decide whether or not she needs professional help, and I would go so far as to say it's no one's place but her immediate family's. We don't know every little detail of her life, even though it seems like we do sometimes, and so we don't know exactly what's going on in her life. If anon in pic related is telling the truth, then her family is close to doing something about her, but until they do, all we can do it sit back and watch.

Her parents aren't as horrible as she makes them out to be.
