I'm helping a friend with their Galaco cosplay, and was wondering if anyone had any tips for her?

I was thinking getting a split wig base, and sewing wefts in for the bangs, or would starting with a blonde base and dying the split and colors be best?

Alternately, good split wigs she could get to use? Most the ones we're finding have the blonde and brown flipped or it's not the right colors.
