Acrylic would be too heavy, acetate doesn't look like will be a good choice and transparent worbla either. Ideas?

Rather new cosplayer. I love LoL and I love the new Ori skin. I feel I can easily do the costume, wig, and Poro accessory but I don't know how to approach the skirt. Any suggestions?
