Hey, I'm interested in the Rotation of Hippocampus JSK I from Citanul/Krad Lanrete.... I'm new to lolita... I know the pre-order for this finished recently, but there's one up on lacemarket for $190.

I'd appreciate any kind of opinion on the price and what sort of quality I may expect of this dress, if possible... Sorry if this is the wrong thread or so, I have no idea what I'm doing
