I'm considering applying spandex or vinyl over my foam armour since using spraying paint isn't an option due to the situation I'm in. However, none of the (very few) tutorials I've found seem to explain to me how to avoid ending up with seams / gaps if you connect two pieces of vinyl-covered foam to each other.

Anyone else know how to avoid it? Also, anyone here have experience with the whole vinyl-over-foam technique?
