I have a bunch of questions regarding Elise's corset thing.
Is it armor (made with craft foam) or leather (made with pleather/vinyl)?
How should I approach doing the hearts on it?

I'm looking to get Elise made in time for PAX East. I only need her outfit and don't really care how the armor is done as long as it looks nice. I've never commissioned anyone before and my budget is flexible, I'm just hoping to find someone who could do it for around ~$200. Again, flexible budget and first time commissioner, really not trying to be exiled for a bad budget choice.
