More often than not, yeah. A lot of them don't really know what they're doing in my opinion.
It's best if you go to these stores with what you want in mind so they just give you the options and you choose what you think is best.

Not necessarily, no.
The palettes are designed for everyone, but on certain people they look better depending on which combination of shadows they're using.

I personally prefer the Naked 3 palette because I like blush hues better, but I've tried eyeshadows similar to the first two Naked palettes and I noticed no problem at all. My skin is cool with neutral undertones.

I generally don't wear falsies, but when I do I go for Revlon.
The glue stays and they're of decent quality.

Also Sugarpill makes good lashes if you're into dramatic stuff.

I feel like you wouldn't really benefit much from a BB sponge since you're using BB cream and those are lighter than a foundation.

I'd stick to regular sponges.
