Is it OK to dye a wig with a skintop/part? I want to dye a Leia from Arda a lime green shade for pic related, but, I'm nervous that it'll make the part absolutely horrifying to the eye.

The other thing I'm thinking of doing is using a Chibi (those clearance ones in the proper color atm) and matching wefts, but I'm suspicious that it will look like crap.. Only used wefts for thickness, never length before and I have no clue how I'd make it look decent.

Anyways, feedback is much appreciated. Thanks!

Guess I'll post again but I'm trying to finish Nah from FE:A and I'm a bit stuck on her collar and boots I have the rest of the dress and cape pretty much done though. Could anyone help me?

Hi I'd really like to do Nah from FE:A but I'm sort of stumped on where to begin with her dress. I'm thinking I'll need a tiny petticoat of some sort to give her skirt that poof but it looks like a circle skirt. Should I try to make the dress in "one piece" or should I try to make the skirt and top seperate then sew it together?

i'm struggling really badly with my nah cosplay. it's the first time i'm sewing anything like this, and I can't find a tutorial on how to make her sleeves exactly like pic related. i'm also terrified of getting her ruffles wrong.

make the pants and get a pair of shoes that'll make the heel, turn the pants inside out and hot glue the ends to the edge of the boot's heel. Turn them back up when it's dry. voila, boot pants.

Where do I start? I found a pretty okay tutorial for the boot covers, but the neck piece and sleeve ruffles scare me a lot because I've never sewn something like this before. Also, for the boot covers, if I made them a bit looser out of cotton would it look too bad? Tight leather on my legs all day would be brutal and it's not cute like Nah is meant to be.
