(about my suggestions: i'm a girl, but i feel most comfortable crossplaying as i don't really enjoy skirts or dresses that much. i have experience with armor, and i can drape and make my own patterns as well so that's not an issue. i'm least experienced with props.)

not sure if this is too out of your skill level, but if you look up Thorkell from Vinland Saga, he's this huge muscular dude who's kinda goofy. you have a great smile for it.

i can imagine a great jessica rabbit for you! or even tinkerbell. you have the "don't mess with me" look that those characters/characters like that tend to have.
