Hard to say, I do think that some belts can work but elastic ones can look cheap or out of place. Depends on what the belt looks like and how well it works with the rest of your coord, I guess.
Not all of her coords are lolita but Fanny Rosie uses belts well in her outfits so I suggest you take a look at what she does, it might give you some inspiration.

Can we have more Otome with little to no prints/patterns? Something a bit like pic related?
I always hear that Otome is less "weird" and more toned down than Lolita yet while otome has little to no petti the patterns/prints stick more out to me than many casual Lolita coords with no prints.

Could use more petti but i love everything else
