The face can't be changed that easily though, makeup only goes so far. The question should be "Would men be MORE attracted to fake breasts on a masculine face rather than no breasts on a masculine face".
Turns out men also aren't a hivemind, and preferences and tolerances vary wildly, so casting a wider net totally makes sense.
Now, I've defended the logic quite a bit, so I feel like I need to also mention I don't wear breast plates myself, padded bras look more believable in my opinion, I just stay away from outfits that require actual cleavage. All I'm saying is that I can totally get where the decision comes from, and its not necessary to assume the worst from everyone all the time.

Sadly I have no great wisdom for that, I regularly go through a lot of listings to find what I want.
