Putting together a Chilchuck outfit.

So far, I have everything except for the Padded
Leather Gambeson with side-buckles, and the fingerless leather gloves.

I was considering taking a pair of cuffed leather gloves and cutting off the finger-tips myself, but I'm not sure about what to do for the Gambeson. Especially because all of the Gambesons I can find are far too large for me, being a ~31 chest.

I was also planning on going with a green knitted circle scarf.

Should be simple but because of how simple and undetailed it is, I feel like I need to be really careful with each piece.
