It's not "dark mori." Nowhere except tumblr and western blogs is "dark mori" a phrase. If it's mori, it's mori; stop trying to be a special snowflake.

Mori can definitely incorporate darker colours, but the only all black/grey outfits I've seen have been from people like shortcuttothestars, who tags practically /everything/ she wears as mori, whether it is mori or not.
You still need to keep the patterns, motif, and colour basics of a fashion when you wear it, and the outfit you posted doesn't.
Does it play with textures, fabrics, and layering nicely? Yes. Does it feel like mori? No.
