This is the worst. No longer is their obesity affecting their own pursuit of happiness, now they are a cancer for any friend or social life they attempt to make and will do nothing but be a depressed slob obsessed with having your pity. It the absolute worst kind of friend to ever have. I had one who I tried to help lose weight, I suggested something simple, like walking her dog who never leaves the house. Her fucking DOG was becoming depressed and obesed, just like she was. I tried to use this as an example her weight isn't merely affecting herself. She couldn't ever walk her own dog. It was suffering because she couldn't be damned to walk it around the block. I ended up being paid to walk it by myself eventually.
