I'm pretty new to wig styling and I want to cosplay Bianca from pokemon heroes sometime soon. Her hair completely boggles me, though. Any tips on wigs I should buy/how to create her hair tuft things?

Sup /cgl/, I'm looking to to cosplay Bianca from pokemon heroes sometime soon, and I have everything I need except for the wig. I'm not too experienced with styling or buying them, so if you have any tips (especially for her hair tuft things what the hell) that would be great!
