So, I've been trying to figure out the parts for this cosplay and I'm stuck.
I'm trying to pull together parts for the last bits of my Death Korps of Krieg Death Rider and I can't figure out the proper name to search for their coat. I'm looking for a rough fabric or wool for the best results. Is it a greatcoat?

Also, knee height boots for men. I got some chinese made ones and they don't fit my calves. Do I just split the back seam and sew an elastic band to hold them?
