I tried the tutorial with the glue and paint for coloring, same results as you, as my eyebrows are super thick too. The only options I can think of would be to try and groom them to make them thinner, so they're not as bold, or to cover them completely, like in the tutorial I attached and using eyebrow makeup instead. I haven't tried this tutorial yet though, so I really can't vouch for it unfortunately.

I do blot with some pore cleanser, but that's before and after my makeup. I use Etude House's BB cream.

Is there just a lot of people lately who want albino stuff, or have you been posting several threads?
I'd say that the most drastic thing you should do with your skin tone is use a couple shades lighter foundation. NOT white.

What will make the greatest impact is this: White mascara, red contacts, using white eyeliner on your eyebrows. If your own eyebrows show too much, cover them with this tutorial, then use the eyeliner. You might need to experiment. Maybe a couple very light brown strokes to let it pop a bit, line the brows with grey or light brown. Whatever works so that you get the faint look of eyebrows here >>6690577 , but not look creepy with no eyebrows.
