I also have a Halloween related one.

>headed to a Halloween meet wearing witchy Halloween lolita coord
>pointy hat, wand, the works
>have to walk a few blocks to get to public transportation.
>middle of the day, lots of other foot traffic
>area is used to seeing weirdos and too polite to say anything so I don't get many comments
>suddenly homeless angry man is yelling at me from across the sidewalk
>"YOU NEED JESUS, YOU MUST STOP THIS DEVIL WORSHIP!!"
>scuttle away as fast as I can in chunky heels
>now people are really staring
>homeless man follows me for several more blocks shouting about Jesus
>finally manage to get away
>guess he found something else to yell at in his drug induced rage

It was probably the most terrifying moment I've had in lolita even though it was the middle of the day and there were a bunch of people around.
Have another odd one from recently.

>out on date with bf wearing creepycute lolita coord
>decide to go to the mall as he needs some new shoes
>walking around a corner to get on escalator down
>see 15 y/o girl in some sort of alternative fashion, green hair
>her eyes bug out when she sees me and I try and smile a bit while we make eye contact then continue on my way
>have to go down another escalator
>oh green hair is also going down
>meet eyes again as shes staring right at me
>suddenly realize shes following us
>"boyfriend I'm going to go into jewelrystore while you go to shoestore, lets meet back up"
>suddenly green hair is standing next to me in jewelry store
>still staring
>wait for her to speak to me while I browse, figure she has questions about wtf I'm wearing
>mentally prepare myself
>suddenly green hair, her mom and the group she was with is gone

I think it would have been less weird if she actually ended up talking to me, but instead I just kept seeing her staring at me out of the corner of my eye. Why so creepy green hair?
