I mean, it's real, but it's a shit excuse to use to justify doing nothing with your life. Then people complain how miserable their life is because of the anxiety that they choose to do nothing about.

I had/still have shitty anxiety that caused me to have panic attacks while in social situations at my old jobs. It was shit.
Fuck, I couldn't even go to the grocery store without running out halfway through to go home because I was so overwhelmed.

But I realized this, and started my own business to make money so I didn't have to be poor and non-productive. I'm happy as fuck!
Still work on immersion and stuff, because I'd like to work out my issues.
I'd rather not take meds for anxiety. Too many issues.

It's hard to admit to having anxiety because of Tumblr-twats and the stigma they give it.
