So we talked and it seemed like she was putting her frustrations out on me because she had a bad day. We're both Borderline and tend to be a tad dramatic, but it seems like she doesn't hate lolita she's just not sure how she feels about me being 21 and wearing sweet pastel vomit dresses that cost an arm and a leg to afford. She's happy with me doing it as long as I'm happy and not wasting my money on dresses I'm not going to be happy with. Another thing she's been freaked about is how much attention I get while out in public. I'm nervous around people but I love the style so I'm not going to NOT wear it. I'm going to keep my sweet dresses I do have but I want to branch more into old school and gothic so I have more dresses that aren't as attention bringing but still subtly sweet and wear my AP prints to tea parties and meets or special occasions. Thank you guys and I'm sorry I sperged out. I listed a few of my shitty dresses and am going to save up for this btssb dress I really want! ^o^
