Since it never really got answered in the last thread, what's the best place to buy a long-sleeve seifuku from besides bodyline? I'm planning on cosplaying popuko, and bodyline does not have the cyan-ish color of seifuku she has (plus it's international site shut down)

ahhhhgg fuck, I'm really struggling on 9s's coat- for starters, how would it go on? it's double breasted, but the left side of the coat has the "x" across where it would open and it looks like one panel anyways. secondly, I can't find any pattern suitable. someone else here posted a civil war style pattern, but i'm not confident or capable enough to modify that enough to look close to 9s's look.
