My first cosplay makes me a little mad these days. It was supposed to be different. The bottoms stretched over the weekend to show a little too much, the person I commissioned didn't do the vest because he had his own stuff to work on and was running out of time, and some of my cosplay stuff (wig, shoes, purse, misc.) were stolen out of my car, so I had to improvise. Though the second wig was honestly much better than the first, losing the shoes and various accessories was fucking terrible. Fuck thieves. Why do they want my wig, anyway? I'll be redoing the first one someday. I want to do it right.

It was baby's first cosplay, though. And I know better than to commission stuff now. I do my own stuff.

Second cosplay was a Roll, it was worn only once. Didn't get any good pics of that one, dark crowded concert. No real complaints about that one except for the sleeves which I had to rush through on the day of the concert because, again, the person I commissioned ran out of time. Plus the collar on the dress is a bit too large.

Third is the one I'll post and pretend I'm brave. Still not handmade entirely, but I did sew all the furry bits, and re-sewed the seams on that cheap catsuit. I'm learning. I was fucking pissed, because the red contacts I ordered for it months in advance didn't get there until after the con. The boots ran small, too.

I have so many cosplay ideas, but still lack the skills to do them. My next big cosplay is going to be a Monster Hunter armor set, and I'm so fucking intimidated.
