Why do I keep getting this message? It's with all my cards so it's not like it's being picky with one particular card. I wanted to get a present for someone.

At first I tried to ship it to an address different from my billing address and never realized they were picky about that.. So I figured "Eh, whatever, I'll just ship it to my house and give it to them."

But even with changing my address to match the shipping address I'm getting this message now.
