/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I'm pretty new to foam smithing and an going to attempt to make my first sword. Any suggestions on how to get a nice bevel on the edges of the sword? I unfortunately do not have a workshop, only small power tools like a dremel, though when using it I end up taking out huge chunks out of the foam every once in awhile. Is it just a matter of learning how to control the dremel better or is there another, better way to bevel?
