What chapter are you gonna go for?

If you are 6.5 foot tall you could probably get away with not having stilts, maybe just a bit of a platform instead. I'm only 6 foot so I had to make stilts to boost my height to 7, though you could do the same and be a proper tall Marine!

I'd recommend to check out Pilerud Cosplays blood angels marine. He also has a 1GB file archive available to download which contains all the pepakura files you'd need and a whole bunch of really helpful WIP photos, he has a link to it on his post here: http://obscuruscrusade.com/forum/index.php?topic=1544.0

(However you'd probably have to scale the files up a bit as his ones are scaled for someone thats about 6 foot tall + stilts)
