They do anon! I also used washi tape for resin crafting. Pic related(Wolf bruh by Yuko Higuchi btw) I used to lurk on resin thread haha. Just be careful because some of them have weaker ink and tends to fade with time.
And desu...Since I knew about these designers washi tape I've been researching brands and such and I have a list of more than 100 designers and I keep finding more and...What else can I say aside that I'm also fucked?

This probably. First cut the sticker the shape you want and then cut a piece of clay(maybe polymer clay?) with the same shape and bake it. Stick the sticker to the baked clay piece and mod podge it just to avoid watermarks. Then dome it with resin. I've done it a bunch of times but with washi tape(Picture)
