I was wondering if this is a cosplay of something or just j-fashion. It's under "costume" on Bodyline and that's usually where you find the cosplay stuff, but I've also seen this style used for regular j-fashion on etsy and other shopping sites.
I wanted to wear this to a j-fashion meet in an aquarium (I figured a sailor theme would be cute), but I don't want to go in cosplay. Any idea where it could be from if it is cosplay?
