This. I ordered a wig in the wrong shade of purple which was more of a red violet over blue violet and it made a major difference on my skin. As for seams, I would recommend working with a stretch fabric that can achieve the shape without clinging awkwardly. I'm actually surprised sometimes when I see seam lines in designs. FFXIV is in love with top stitching but I think the intent is to express the sewing techniques of their universe. Also pic related, just a shirt, but looks like an actual shirt.
