We just started. We'd like to have at least monthly or bimonthly games.

Right now, we got a thinktank headed by a few of us veterans. We will in the future accept story/quest submissions from members.

No, nor do we need any unless we become incorporated and charge membership. As of now, there is an Article VI Self sufficiency waiver, that states that any and all activity is taken at ones own risk, and with the exception of county, state and federal laws, anything that happens to you is your own fault. This is coupled with the venue's event site waiver that each player must sign that states the conditions of use (IE, if you're running in the woods and jump into some poison sumac, it not the Boy Scout's camp's fault).

As an informal not-for-profit group, LS&DT has no body or bodies to be legally liable, any more than if you joined a game of some random people playing football in the park. It is your choice, and you take responsibility.
