I want to ask a question. Which product i have to use to make ombre blue/purple hair?Many say Manic Panic is horrible and fades quickly, Special Effects seems better. Or there are other semi permanent dyes?
What i can do to make the color last longer?
Pic related, i want ombre hair like this but in a darker blue and purple shade, i love cold shades rather than warm colors in my skin.
