It is heavily inspired in j-fashion, rather than common western fashion. /fa/ is about fashion that does not stand out too much (which would be considered tacky).
Uchuu would be using elements from other jfashons, and products from actual japanese brands: see Chloma
Maybe is a thing, maybe not, but we don't want an early death in /fa/.
