/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I've posted parts of this other places before, but I could use some advice on my Morrigan. (Ignore tattoos; I'll do something about those. Also, makeup and wig style have since been improved)

I made the entire thing out of latex, and then the wings out of Worbla and craft foam, but after a couple failures just can't get the chest feathers to look right. They are never thick enough and look cheap as fuck. I have a good way of attaching them so they can be removed so the latex can be cleaned and shined, but the actual feathers look like shit. Advice?
