I thought that was why they listed it. I'm all for more artwork where sweet and gothic actually do crossover and it's not just a sweet print in black.

I'm somewhat surprised "lower waist line" or "bigger chest/bust" isn't a more common mention. A lot of brands already go up big enough, they just look like shit on plus-sized gals because the waists end up too high, so the girls end up looking like they have no actual waists.
