And to answer the usefulness question if you can't read Japanese.

A big part of it will centre around what supplies you're supposed to get, or can get, like whether you're using UV resin and need the right pigment to tint it a biscuit colour, whether you're coloring it in with pastels or acrylic paint, what you're using for whipped cream, where to buy fake lollipop sticks, etc. If you're starting from complete zero, being unable to identify what products are being used is going to be a huge handicap.

If you already have some knowledge and can guess at what's being used, it'll probably be fun to see what someone else makes out of the mold. Note that item "H" could have been a perfume bottle, but the artist made it into a "Candy Pot" instead.
