you might want to just use a base red bag and add a green-stripe flair to it or something of the sort. as the other anon said a heart wouldn't suit him too much, maybe if you're sticking to backpacks just use a full-clear black or red and put a pattern base on the inside? have a little experiment with photoshop and see what looks best for you!
if you ever need merch help or anything i have a lot of pages/links. maybe for an outer added part you could make a funko plush into a keychain? they're super cute!
