Let's talk petticoats, gulls. Where do you get yours from? Which brand is your favorite? Does anyone use a hoopskirt instead of a petti?

Is Malco Modes' 582 petticoat still a good option? I remember people used to modify them in the LJ days. My victoriangirldress one finally kicked the bucket and I'm not sure which brands are popular anymore.
