that's not to say that they've gotta be low-quality or plain, just affordable and with minimal sewing
pic related, you can take out the inner lining of a jacket to make it more wearable in the summer and maybe use some sort of wiring to make the scarf pliable and have it stay in that exaggerated shape. age the clothes, maybe have some oil splatters if you wanna go the extra mile. the hair, scarf and makeup would do the heavy lifting though imho
